Terms of Service – Hona Financial

By downloading or using Hona Financial, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Use of Service
   Hona provides software for tracking receipts, project costs, and financial documentation. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to damage the service.

   
   

2. Accounts
   You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

   
   

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial period ends

• You may cancel anytime through the app or by contacting support — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

• Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

• Prices may change with 30 days notice

4. Data Responsibility
   You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into Hona. Hona is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate user input.

   
   

5. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice
   Hona is a software tool for organizational purposes only. Nothing in Hona constitutes financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for such guidance.

   
   

6. Intellectual Property
   All content, features, and functionality of Hona are owned by Proprietary Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

   
   

7. Availability
   We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

   
   

8. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, misuse, or non-payment, with or without notice.

   
   

9. Limitation of Liability
   Hona is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proprietary Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses, arising from use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

   
   

10. . Dispute Resolution
    Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of Hona shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under applicable Arizona law. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

    
    

11. . Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
